The idea of putting all the ingredients of a fresh cocktail in a bottle had long been in Manuels head. As Chef de Bar and attentive guest, he noticed how many businesses have no way to serve fresh cocktails. The pressure of time and prices has increased immensely in recent years and the challenges facing a bartender are high. Together with friends he developed the idea further.Today you can find “Mikks” in over 50 Bar`s.
