The ETSU Premium Artisanal Japanese Gin is distilled in Hokkaido according to a secret recipe. Not much is known about its ingredients, as a Leitbotanical, besides juniper, the yuzu fruit is used. Because of its particularly aromatic zest, this small citrus fruit has been used to perfume a wide variety of products for centuries. It gives the ETSU Gin its dominant citrus note.



Tasting note:


 With notes of flowers and a lot of citrus fruit on the nose. These continue on the palate and marry with green tea.
