MEMORIES OF MARCELS BOULEVARD CAFÉ

So many have asked me to write this book, but as you know me, it can`t be your regular cookbook. In our family a lot revolves around food and there is always plenty. As I have travelled the world, I have tasted some of the best food and drank some of the best wine in over twenty years in the hospitality, I travelled to and seen so many places. I had the chance to meet some very interesting and wonderful people throughout my career: Celebrities, royalty, politicians and the great clients of Marcel`s Boulevard Café! Over the years, friendships have developed and left lasting memories. In this book, I would like to share with you some of my recipes that I have collected or have been given to me by friends.
